The ratio of the interests of the state, society, the individual under administrative law and process.

Abstract
The article considers the balance of interests of the state, of society, of an individual under administrative law and process. The emphasis is on manifestations of this ratio in the framework of the activities of the administra- tive courts. Attention is drawn to the problems of protection of state interests in administrative courts.
