Abstract
The article is devoted to coverage of justified rights in criminal proceedings which are clearly stipulated by the criminal procedural law, and proposed expanding set of rights through amendments to the legislation. The author emphasizes that the issues related to the procedural status of the acquitted are very important because they outline the role of the subject in criminal proceedings and allow him to properly defend their rights.
