Peculiarities of concluding an agreement on the recognition of guilt in criminal proceedings.

Abstract
The legal content of the agreement on admission of guilt in the criminal process of Ukraine was investigated, the research of scientific attitudes towards the goal, which pursue the parties to the agreement, was performed, the definition of the agreement on admission of guilt was formulated, an analysis of the reasons and procedural order for the conclusion of the agreement was made. In order to improve the legal regulation of the procedure for concluding an agreement on admission of guilt, the suitability of making appropriate changes to the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine was substantiated.
