Abstract
The article studies the importance of administrative procedures in resolving of public-law disputes with collegial entities of public administration. The scope includes the specifics of administrative appeal of decisions, actions or inactivity of collegiate entities of public administration in extrajudicial order and in the administrative legal procedure.
