The prosecutor in the administrative process: realizing his processual status

Abstract
The article defines the types of administrativejurisdictional production, their features are determined from the position of participation of the prosecutor in them. The problems of the existing conflict in the legislation have been studied, the wayso fits elimination have been proposed.
