Admissibility of the information obtained by the results of the videoconference

Abstract
The article discusses concept of admissibility of evi- dence is considered in the article, conditions (criteria) for the recognition of evidence are admissible, an improve- ment of the criminal procedural legislation for conduct- ing investigative (search) actions in the videoconference mode is proposed.
