Procedural Peculiarities of Return of the Court Fee in Civil Proceedings of Ukraine

Abstract
The present article is dedicated to the study of problematic issues of legal regulation of the institution of return of the court fee in civil proceedings of Ukraine. The analysis of the grounds for the application of this procedural institution was carried out, as well as ways of improving the legislative regulation of the procedure for the return of court fee in civil proceedings were proposed.
