Separate aspects of achieving a balance of interests of workers and employers in the conduct of strikes.

Abstract
The article considers some issues of achieving a balance of interests of the parties in collective labor relations during the strikes. A contemporary legal justification is provided for the employer to apply such measure as the temporary replacement of workers who take part in a strike on other persons and the expediency of further preservation of this measure is proved - to ensure the employer’s legitimate interests during strikes.
