The role of the organization for economic cooperation and development in the protection of economic competition at the international level.

Abstract
This article is devoted to work of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) with regard to recommendations and analysis of best practices in sphere of economic competition protection. Particular attention is paid to issue: how OECD influences unification of norms regarding coordination of actions and procedures of antimonopoly bodies of different countries in cases of competition infringement with negative effect on several countries. Main developments of OECD in designated sphere are studied in this article as well as their role on establishment of international legal cooperation of states in sphere of restrictive business practices elimination.
