Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of international cooperation in the field of administrative legal proceedings as part of a broader cooperation of States in solving global social problems. The mechanism of international cooperation in administrative proceedings is investigated. The current state of international cooperation is a joint operation participation in relations between nation? States in any field. Regarding Ukrainian’s participation in international cooperation, it should be noted that it has a structure that consists of bilateral, regional and universal cooperation. Moreover, the recent events in Ukraine only emphasize the need to improve international cooperation in the field of administrative legal proceedings.
