Regulatory activity of executive bodies as a sphere of state legal policy formation.

Abstract
The regulatory activity of executive bodies as a sphere of legal policy formation in Ukraine is investigated. Using the method of comparative analysis, substantiated proposals for the formation in the legislation of Ukraine of normative-legal foundations of regulatory activity of the AAU as a purposeful normative-making process based on its socio-political content, based on legal goals and principles, provisions of the Concept of administrative reform in Ukraine, aimed at state legal policy in the activities of the AAU.
