Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the role and significance of science-practical comment in the legal life of Ukraine. The level of influence and demand of science-practical comment in law-making and law-enforcement activity is analyzed. The conclusions about the prospects of science-practical comment in the legal system of Ukraine are formulated.
