Prospects of legislative regulation of administrative procedures in the field of registration of civil status acts.

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of normative improvement of the work of civil registration authorities. The attention is focused on the main directions of their activity, the powers are determined and attention is focused on the problem issues of the implementation of state policy in the field of registration of civil status acts. The notion of administrative procedures for state registration of acts of civil status and their characteristics is determined. An analysis of the current legislation on the procedure for the implementation of administrative procedures in the field of registration of civil status acts is being carried out and the necessity and prospects for further improvement of further normative development are argued.
