On question of types of interpretation of law on criminal liability and subjects of its implementa- tion.

Abstract
The article is devoted to research of types of interpretation of law on criminal liability depending on subject (the interpreter). The special attention is paid to subjects of interpretation – Constitutional Court of Ukraine and courts of general jurisdiction, Plenum of Supreme Court of Ukraine, each of which plays an important role while interpreting one or another criminal legal norm. The author’s position regarding classification of types of inter- pretation depending on subject is adduced, emphasizing special place of scientific interpretation in it.
