Legal aspects of social protection of certain categories of families with children

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of problems of legal regulation of social protection of large families and low-income families. The article examines the acts of the national legislation in the field of social protection, which provide for social protection of these categories. In addition, examples of legal regulation of social protection with the help of local regulations are examined. Based on the analysis, proposals have been developed to reform the legislation in the field of social protection for large and low-income families.
