Determining the object telecommunications law the concept theory multiple, hierarchical hipersystem

Abstract
This article highlights a set of the research findings related to the object of telecommunications law. The defi- nition of telecommunications objects is researched in terms of concept of the theory of multiple, hierarchical hypersystems in law.
