Basic legal aspects of the visuality of the numerous-dosilidnikh installations

Abstract
The article analyzes the views of scientists on the issue of liability. The author ‘s definition of the responsibility of research institutions. The attention absence of a single legal act, which would define the characteristic of such institutions responsible. It outlined the range of issues of improving accountability of research institutions. It is noted that research institutions are responsible for the unlawful manifestations of their activities. The type of liability and the degree of punishment are determined by the nature of the wrongful act. Accordingly, research institutions (their officials) for the offense may be subject to disciplinary, administrative, financial, civil (material) and criminal liability.
