Organizational and legal principles of state management of scientific activity in the agrarian sector of Ukraine

Abstract
In the context of the process of scientific development of the organizational and legal foundations of state man- agement of scientific activities in the agrarian sphere of Ukraine, the article analyzes and examines separate views on determining the role of the state in regulating public relations in the domestic agro-industrial complex. Taking into account the analysis made, the thoughts of the author of the article on the indicated questions are expressed.
