Principles of administrative and legal regulation of the activity of the court apparatus in Ukraine.

Abstract
In the article was analyzes the system of principles of administrative and legal regulation of the activity of the court apparatus in Ukraine and gives them a description. Also was classified principles in the analyzed field into 3 groups: a) principles of management of the field of justice; b) the principles of the activities of public administration entities, which carry out administrative and legal regulation of the activities of the court apparatus; c) the principles of the work of the staff of the court apparatus.
