Training of personnel for the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of professional selection and training of future police officers for the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine. The problem of detection and training of people who are most in line with the requirements of the personnel of the National Police, able to effectively and high-level solve operational tasks is highlighted. The problem aspects of police training and ways of their solution are determined. Present has left us unresolved issues regarding new approaches to the organization of professional selection of candidates for service and the development of educational and professional programs for their training, the combination of educational process and the practical implementation of the functional responsibilities assigned to the police. The purpose of the article is to identify the main problems of the system development, the professional selection of future policemen and the main directions of implementation of innovative approaches to improve the preparedness of future policemen.
