Features receipt of status refugee in Ukraine and Poland: comparative description

Abstract
The article is sanctified to the comparative analysis of legislation of Ukraine and Poland in relation to the order of acquisition status of refugee, theoretical-legal and legislative principles of settlement status of refugees in both countries and their correlation are investigational with international standards, and also suggestions are given in relation to the improvement of current national legislation in relation to procedure of grant to status of refugee and practice of her application.
