Personality of the offender in the structure of the characteristics of crossing the state border by a person who is prohibited from entering the territory of Ukraine.

Abstract
The person of the offender as a forensic element of the illegal crossing of the border is investigated by a person who is prohibited from entering the territory of Ukraine, the categories of such persons are determined and the value of the offender’s identity is determined for the method of investigation of this type of crime.
