Abstract
In the article it is considering the problem of the fundamentals of law. The factors are investigating,which affect transcendentally and immanent namely on the law and its content, the main place among which takes power. Power is necessary, the central element of any legal social order, an element that prevails in society. The actions of power are determined by the public purpose, in which the idea of power is expressed, that is the beginning, in the name of which the power exists and which it is called to realize in the external world. Analysis of the mythological, religious, moral, political, anthropological fundamentals of law.
