International legal regulation of social protection of persons with disabilities in the field of rehabilitation and labor: a theoretical and legal approach.

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical and legal aspects of international legal regulation of social protection of persons with disabilities in the field of rehabilitation and labor. The emphasis is placed on the conceptual aspects of international legal acts of the United Nations and International Labour Organization on social protection of persons with disabilities in the field of rehabilitation and labor. The requirements of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (2006), the International Labour Organization Convention on Occupational Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities No 159 (1983) etc. are researched.
