Legal regulations of the concubinage by the Ukrainian family law

Abstract
The concubinage process and its regulation under the various historical conditions is examined in the arti- cle. The article analyses the regulation of the common-law marital relations, their characteristics and effects.The study, based on an integrated, comprehensive, scientific and legal analysis, revealed a number of the theoretical and practical problems and recommendations for their solution.
