The socio-political and philosophical concepts of e-democracy prerequisites formation in the works of theorists of postindustrial society

Abstract
Article is devoted to the development and formation of political and legal ideas about e-democracy as a spe- cial political and legal regime of state forms. There are analyzed the basic approaches and theoretical concepts of postindustrial society that have become the baseline condition for the emergence of the concept of e-democ- racy, studied the influence of the ideas of the information society as a medium for the formation of e-democracy.
