The concept of administrative and legal status of the Department of cyber police of the National police of Ukraine.

Abstract
In the article the author considered encyclopedic and scientific views on the content of a number of legal categories, namely: “status”, “legal status” and “administrative-legal status”. The author outlines the key features of the term, taking into account the presence among legal scholars of a significant number of scientific positions and their inadequate state of coverage regarding the term “administrative and legal status”. The article also gives the author’s definition of the concept “administrative and legal status of the Department of cyber police of the National police of Ukraine” from the point of view of administrative law and analysis of the national legislation of Ukraine.
