Abstract
In this scientific article the content of the basic laws of Ukraine is disclosed, which regulates the issues of mobilization and mobilization training. It is determined that the subject of legal regulation of mobilization training and mobilization are the relations between state bodies and local self-government bodies regarding their mobilization preparation and mobilization and fulfillment by citizens of military duty. It is noted that administrative-legal regulation should be carried out taking into account the existing realities of public life, the presence of various factors that affect the state of social relations. An important condition for achieving the effectiveness of legal regulation of mobilization and mobilization training is: forecasting directions of development of social relations, analysis of existing and possible trends of such development; the degree of perfection of the law; the need to optimize the administra- tive-procedural mechanism of mobilization training and mobilization; proper reflection and taking into account the current trends of the legal responsibility development in this area, etc.
