Socio-cultural justification of legal aid

Abstract
In an article within socio-philosophical and legal-philosophical intentions justified such a socio-cultural and legal phenomenon as legal advice. It is noted that legal aid – public interest advocacy organization, goal, purpose and functions, which define human rights, and therefore – freedom, human rights, dignity, integrity, which is a prerogative for legal aid. It is shown that socio-cultural importance of legal aid is not in doubt, because within theoretical and praxeological level influences formation of a citizen, legal mentality, legal culture, legal knowledge and so on. It is alleged that legal aid – the only way to be able to imple- ment and realize output of society and state of regressive state directing them to European level of development.
