Human Rights’ Protection as a Component of the Global Constitutionalism.

Abstract
The article analyzes the formation of the concept of global constitutionalism in the measurement of the development of supranational regulators of the United Nations system for the Human Rights’ protection. Appropriate doctrinal positions and development of representations about the global mechanisms of ensuring the Human Rights’ protection and the rule of law in UN documents are researched.
