The problem of extending the scope of labor law to the legal regulation of labor of military personnel.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the limits of application of norms of labor law to the legal regulation of labor of military personnel. The author concludes that a contract with servicemen is not a type of employment contract, but remains in the sphere of administrative law. At the same time, certain norms-guarantees of labor legislation are extended to the relations of military personnel, for example, the provision of benefits, guarantees and compensations to servicemen; set the length of service time; granting of rest for performance of official duties on weekends, festive and non-working days; proper material support during military service; payment of monetary support taking into account allowances for seniority, knowledge and use of a foreign language, appropriate qualification, etc.
