Features of international legal assistance during the proceedings

Abstract
In the article the research legal framework for international legal assistance as one of the types of international cooperation in the fight against crime. We consider the order and features of proceedings within the provision of international legal assistance. Revealed issues that arise in the provision of international legal assistance and possible ways to overcome them. Is observed that the quality and impartial investigation within international cooperation is an important factor in the prevention and the fight against crime.
