The main requirements for applying the principle of equality of citizens to the law in the jurisdiction of public administration entities.

Abstract
The article examines the main requirements regarding the application of the principle of equality of citizens before the law in the jurisdiction of the subjects of public administration. The analysis of normative legal acts of Ukraine, which constitute the legal basis for the implementation of the jurisdictional activity of public administration entities, allows the author to emphasize the need for amendments and additions to normative acts that regulate, including the procedure for the exercise of jurisdictional activities by sub-entities public administration, according to which: the content of the principle of equality of citizens before the law and the peculiarities of his understanding in concrete legal relations are widely disclosed; the ways of ensuring the principle of equality on the part of subjects of public administration during the exercise of their jurisdictional activities are determined; introduced a mechanism for monitoring compliance with the principle of equality and responsibility for its violation, etc. The author concludes that such changes and additions will create prerequisites for the real observance of the principle of equality, changing its position from the "formalities on paper" into an effective tool for the protection of human rights and freedoms.
