Theoretical and legal characteristic of the constitutional system of Ukraine and its role in the development of the state.

Abstract
The article will consider the concept of the constitutional system, its content, principles and values for the state. The history of the formation of this legal institute is analyzed, as well as the analysis of the opinions of scientists concerning the necessity of reforming and interpreting the concept. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the ongoing reforms and their impact on further state-building in the context of integration into the European legal community.
