Abstract
Article is devoted to research of separate aspects of application of the category «legal relationship» in the sphere of civil process. Essential lines of a design «legal relationship», in particular, reciprocity of the rights and duties, and their embodiment in civil process are lit. The problems connected with application of concept of legal relationship to civil process, and also advantages and shortcomings of activity approach are considered. Locate the offer on consideration of civil process through a prism of such category as interaction.
