Some Administrative Procedures of Administrative and Legal Support for Optimization of Financing of Administrative and Legal Land Relations

Abstract
In the article the author defines the administrative procedures of administrative and legal support optimization of funding administrative and legal land relations as regulated by administrative rules procedure of the doings public administration in the sphere of their authority, which is expressed by performing specificactions for the regulation of the social relations between the public administration sector owner ship and management (protection) of land, and is the guarantor of securing public interest and topromote the land as the basis for the agricultural sector and for the functioning of the economy of the state.
