Codification as the ultimate goal of reforming the system of legislation

Abstract
The article analyzes the changes in the doctrine of law, the understanding of which is based on objective nature and embodies the principles of reasonableness, morality and justice; the value of a person in the state, his freedom and dignity and the further formation of mutual respon- sibility between public authorities and citizens are raised. On the basis of the critical analysis of the postulates of post-Soviet jurisprudence, a modern understanding of the role and content of the norms of administrative law, as well as a comprehensive, weighted and consistent revi- sion of legislation, bringing it to current European stand- ards is proposed.
