Judicial practice in the field of ensuring and protecting the rights of internally displaced persons in Ukraine

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of judicial practice in the field of ensuring the rights and interests of internally displaced persons in various spheres of public life. It is determined that the largest number of court cases relates to the recovery from the internally displaced persons of groundlessly received targeted assistance, the establishment of the fact of the place of residence of internally displaced persons, and also the realising of their electoral rights by the actual place of residence. On the basis of the conducted research it is established that inefficiency of judicial protection of the rights of internally displaced persons is caused by imperfection of the regulation of the legal status of this category of persons in Ukraine.
