Classification of offenses in the field of land relations.

Abstract
The article attempts to distribute offenses in the field of land relations in species depending on certain criteria. The necessity of conducting a scientific classification of offenses in the field of land relations is proved, for the proper understanding of their essence and legal nature. Classification of offenses in the field of land relations has a significant scientific and practical importance, since it affects the perception of the whole system of offenses in the field of land relations, it allows to distinguish features that are characteristic of a particular type (group) of offenses. The following are selected as criteria: reasons for committing; the level of protected legal relations, for which the offense was committed; kind of damage caused by an offense in the field of land relations; components of land relations, within which an offense is committed; the nature of the legal relationship within which the offense takes place, and the type of violation of the rule of law; object of attack; the objective side of the committed offense; subjective part of the committed offense; the subject of the commission of the offense; legal regulation and so on.
