Abstract
The article analyzes the views of scientists on tactical operations, their concepts and their classification. The typical tactical operations, which are typical for the investigation of fraud in the real estate market, committed by criminal groups, are singled out. Taking into account the scientific opinions and practice of investigating fraud on the real estate market committed by criminal groups, tactical operations were selected: "Document Search", "Document Removal", "Document Review", "Document Research", "Analysis and Use of Information Received from Documents", "Saving Documents". The list of tasks to be solved within the framework of the specified tactical operations is determined.
