Abstract
The article outlines the essence of the principles of the effectiveness of public administration of the protection of property rights as ideological foundations that define the directions of public administration as an effective and operational-productive activity aimed at protecting property rights, as well as creating new ways of protecting property rights that arise when development of social relations.
