To the formation of effective system of countering the shadow economy

Abstract
This article is devoted to individual aspects of instu- tional ensure «direct competence of the subject» combat- ing the shadow economy which is SFS of Ukraine. Sepa- rately, emphasizes the need to develop a common strategy of combating the shadow economy, given the clear defi- nition of their place in the system of actors. Identify spe- cific areas, offers, benefits and risks of reform of special competence combating the shadow economy, which has law enforcement function.
