Abstract
Procedure for conducting official investigations in the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine. In the article, based on the analysis of scientific opinions of scientists and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, it is established that the main stages of conducting official investigations in the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine should include: 1) preparatory stage; 2) direct investigation; 3) final stage, decision-making. It was emphasized that there was an urgent need to adopt a new Instruction on the procedure for conducting official investigations in the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine.
