Value legal liability of workers in labor law with other types of legal liability

Abstract
The article, based on an analysis of scientific views of scholars and laws of Ukraine, studied how the law relates to the responsibility of workers in labor law with other types of legal liability. Proved the greatest way to labor law relate to different types of retrospective legal liability. Emphasized that the major problem of the legalresponsibility of the labor law is undetermined legislator specific limits bringing workers to the relevant type of retrospective legal responsibility.
