The specificity of labour function of the State executive service officers.

Abstract
The article deals with the research of labour function of workers of government executive service, as a legal category, to the finding and analysis an intimation.This function is defined feature state enforcement, іt lies in the objectives, functions, principles, methods, operations. These actions caused by the activities of enforcement of court decisions and other public bodies. Designated special conditions of entry into the labor functions,this match specific requirements of the professional competence of the enforcement authorities and heads of state executive service. Proposed at the legislative level to fix clear list of specific work functions, rights and duties of bailiffs in the course of their work duties;we must make the legal development of standard job descriptions.
