The scope of confidentiality principle in mediation.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the importance and scope of the principle of confidentiality of mediation as a prerequisite for increasing the demand and popularization of alternative dispute resolution methods in Ukraine. The draft Law of Ukraine "On Mediation", foreign and ukrainian scientific sources, judicial practice have been analyzed and proposals on the improvement of the relevant draft law have been formulated.
