Game theory of contract: some theoretical considerations.

Abstract
This article presents a brief overview of the major theoretical challenges that confronts modern economic theo- ry of jurisprudence. Game interpretation of contract that is not typical in law, although they allow a new idea to consider the notion of offer and acceptance, as well as the conditions of contract. They also offer a fresh perspective on what the be social consequences implied by contractual relationship should be.
