Features of qualifying attributes of crime «Marine pollution».

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the qualifying attributes of the crime “Marine pollution” such as: “the death of people”, “spread of diseases among people”, “mass destruction of flora and fauna”, “other grave con- sequences”. It is determined that the concept of “grave consequences” is the notion of appraisal and covers the death or disease of people, the mass destruction of flora and fauna.
