Legal nature of representative powers of bodies and officials of legal entities.

Abstract
The article investigates the theories of the relations between the legal entity and its agencies and officials in the context of realization of representation powers on behalf of the legal entity. Installs the basis of establishment of the representation powers in relations with the participation of a legal entity and the list of bodies and officials, which may be endowed with them. Based on an analysis of the key features of representation as the civil law insti- tute and the achievements of the domestic legal doctrine the author consistently proves the thesis of quasi rep- resentation nature of the powers of bodies and officials of the legal entity. Emphasizes the resemblance of such quasi representation with relations arising from non-contractual representation. Also author propose changes to the current civil legislation of Ukraine in the context of eliminating the contradictions with respect to the uncer- tainty of the legal nature and place of representation of the legal entity.
