Features of identification of the offenses related to the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime

Abstract
The article describes the features of detection of crimes related to the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, the problem of anti-law enforcement agencies in this area and some of the questions regarding the registration materials identified under art. 209 of the Criminal Code offenses in the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations.
